What is our aim?
Turkey lies in a region which is full of security challenges. In this respect, as it is the case in many parts of the world, Arms Control and Disarmament arrangements have utmost importance for Turkey from the perspective of ensuring and maintainig peace, security and stability. Turkey has been party to many arrangements in the fiedl of Arms Control and Disarmament and Confidence and Security Building Measures (CSBMs) and has been putting effort to fulfill its responsibilities. We, as experts who worked in this field many years, would like to increase awareness and contribute to the efforts of our country to be taken forward.
